What is an Art Car Parade?

The main difference between an Art Car Parade and most of
the other parades we have in Baton Rouge is the following:
the beads aren't thrown to the crowd, they're glued to the car!

Now don't worry, you won't even notice the lack of bead throwing...
you'll be too busy being WOWed by the parade before you.
