Jeana Esser




            Jeana Esser is a Baton Rouge native, and a graduate from Louisiana State University with a Bachelors in Fine Arts with a minor in Art History and English.  In addition to being a freelance artist, she has taught Art/Math Intervention in East Iberville Parish, works for a local attorney and is a contributing writer in the local publication, Town Favorites.  She writes a column entitled, “How do you deal?”  She is also a member of the St. Tammany Art Association, and a self-representing artist of Circa 1857.  Her work has been seen all over Baton Rouge since the early 1990’s.  Additionally, she plays keyboards for a local jam band called Zen Bayou.
