FW Gallery is excited to present a solo exhibit of works by Andrea Pramuk. In her latest collection, Pramuk pulls inspiration from connecting human emotions with visuals from the natural world which allows the viewer to visualize shapes to create stories using their own experiences. For example, what seems like an aerial view might also be found under a microscope.
While using a “controlled” process of chance, Pramuk stretches the boundaries of her mediums, creating an image that most would not associate with the typical style of painting. She also harnesses the power of natural elements to age, transform and alter the work to continue her focus on bringing the earth in as a higher power.
Join us Friday evening, April 7th, 2017, from 6pm to 8pm for an opening reception. The work will be shown through May 20th and can be viewed Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 3pm at 8501 Highland Road in Baton Rouge.
