Work/Shop Deadline for Oil Painting and Pottery Classes

Description

Registration for beginning oil painting and pottery classes closes on July 27. Both of these classes gives students, regardless of skill level, the instruction, technique, and critique needed to excel in  oil painting or throwing. The small class size allows the student and instructor to tailor the learning experienced based on interest and experience.

The pottery class is taught by Bill Newman, owner of Southern Pottery and runs every Wednesday starting August 1, through August 8, 15, 22, 29, Sept 5 (Wednesdays), 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. $150, clay and most supplies included.

The oil painting is taught by Todd Hines, MFA Painting and Drawing from LSU, and runs every Wednesday starting August 1, through August 8, 15, 22, 29, Sept 5 (Wednesdays), 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. $120, painting supplies not included.
