Yoga Fundamentals - Workshop
Saturdays January 21, 28 9-10:30am
This 2-part workshop is designed for first timers or the seasoned practitioner. Led with respect to individual needs and body types, emphasis will be on developing a healthy and compassionate practice. We will concentrate on understanding and enhancing basic techniques for breathing, focus and meditation, as well as healthy alignment for commonly taught poses.
