Visit us on NanoDay and be part of a nationwide festival celebrating the science of ultra-small matter! Scientists, engineers, educators, and students will be on hand to demonstrate and discuss nanoscience and its amazing applications. The day’s activities will demonstrate the surprising properties of nanoscale matter. Among the hands-on activities are explorations of the properties of liquid gold and the surface of a butterfly’s wing. You can even help build a giant nanotube out of balloons! Free with general admission.
