INTRO TO OIL PAINTING For beginning to intermediate students, June 13, 20, 27, July 11, 18, 25.  6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Instructor: Todd Hines. Students with no previous experience can learn basic painting techniques, including drawing, underpainting, layering, and glazing, and receive individual assistance in the completion of one to two paintings. Returning and more advanced students may use this class to practice basic skills, further develop personal style, study color theory, or improve design proficiency. The class is offered in a relaxed and supportive environment. Weekly homework suggestions will be offered, but not required, and despite the fact that the instructor teaches at the university level , we promise there are never any tests.
