Baton Rouge Music Studios, LLC is an institute of music that seeks to educate aspiring musicians of all ages in a safe environment. The faculty of band directors, professional musicians, and music education majors all work together to combine their various talents into an eclectic program. The studio offers quality music instruction in ear training, theory, and instrument technique to foster creative expression in music. BRMS also seeks to model motivation and communication techniques that will provide students with the skills necessary to work with other musicians in a constructive, critical manner. BRMS currently teaches over 200 students (of all ages and on most instruments) in private lessons, group lessons and the Young Band Development Program. The program offers a truly unique experience by providing its students with performance opportunities in numerous venues across the South.
